I have a doctorate in leadership development from Henley Business School in the UK and have created a powerful leadership assessment tool, GAPPS3, the GAINMORE(TM) Advantage Potential to Performance System and our unique leadership development program, The GAINMORE(TM) Golf Advantage Challenge.

I have over 20 years of successful cross-cultural and cross-industry experience as a teacher, trainer, mentor and entrepreneur, across diverse regions including the Far East, Middle East and Europe, which has enabled me to establish a management and leadership development consultancy that has positively impacted indivuduals and world class organisations and SMEs across the globe.

I've had the pleasure to have been involved in a wide range of human resource and technology management projects, including management and leadership development, coaching training and team development, business strategy and business transformation and the implementation and effective use of learning technologies.

As a direct result of my expertise and accomplishments, I was asked by Henley Management College to establish a direct presence in Singapore as HQ for all Asia Pacific operations and direct the marketing and support of the Henley MBA. As the Asia Pacific Director, I developed a vigorous marketing campaign that effectively raised brand awareness. I designed and introduced full e-learning support to supplement locally held face-to-face workshops that improved MBA completion.

On the cutting edge of global communications technologies, I have worked closely with world-class organisations, including Astro, Aviva, BT, C&W, Maxis, Nokia, Sime Darby, Standard Chartered Bank, Temasek Holdings, Virgin and many others to develop sustainable learning solutions for their organisational and customer focused needs. Partnering with senior management, I directed the project life cycle for a series of leadership development initiatives for cross-cultural account management teams, formed a new assessment and development centre to facilitate the recruitment and training and coordinated creation of a corporate academy in Asia.

Corporate Edge is a UK and Singapore based business training consultancy, that I successfully took into the international market establishing the Singapore office as Asia Pacific HQ and created the Leadership and Simulations arm, CELSIM. Specializing in delivering innovative experiential leadership and strategic management training and executive coaching. I lead an international team of consultants and associates to ensure the most appropriate match of expertise to enhance each client’s organizational and personal development needs. I design and effectively use appropriate learning technologies and simulations that enhance learning transfer. As part of my projects, I work with clients through the entire project life cycle from needs assessment through the evaluation of the Return on Investment to the business from our training and coaching interventions - having put in place seamless processes for administration and client relationship management.
Accomplishments
• Won significant and profitable contracts with with world-class organisations, including Astro, Aviva, BT, C&W, Maxis, Nokia, Sime Darby, Standard Chartered Bank, Telecom New Zealand, Temasek Holdings, Virgin, UNLV and others.
• Mentored a UK start-up from concept through patenting to successful product launch and major deals with RIM Blackberry, O2 and International Telco service providers.
• Formed strategic relationships with international business schools to access subject matter experts, quality assurance and certification as appropriate to client needs.
• Designed innovative simulation-based development programs that enhance learning transfer including computer-based simulations and a unique business simulation on the golf course to develop leadership.

Cable & Wireless is an international telecommunications company with (at the time) global interests in joint ventures particularly in Asia. I project managed the establishment of the C&W Asia Pacific Training Centre as a central training facility for all regional C&W subsidiaries and joint ventures, including technical telecommunications training and management development for over 8500 staff.
Accomplishments
• I led the build of a new fully equipped telecommunications training centre in Singapore
• I recruited specialist faculty worldwide and developed a portfolio of programmes to meet the diverse needs of new and existing business ventures throughout the region.
