- In charge of developing, deploying, and supporting Boonty gaming solutions in Asia.
- Deal with key customers in Asia (Telcos, ISP, Media companies).
- Supervise 14 staff in Singapore (developers, engineers, and project managers)
- Give support to our Tokyo and Seoul offices on presales and postsales activities.
- Manage remotely 30 servers (installation, upgrade, monitoring, and maintenance)
- Ensure stated KPI / SLA is met. Using it to drive process improvements & standardization.

Objectives & Achievements:
- Drove the development, the implementation, and the support of 40 Boonty solutions in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines, and China.
2000 - 2005Mission:
- Manage IT projects based on Messaging, Web, Hosting, Security, and Network products.
- Prepare feasibility studies, establish plans, resources, budget, and make task assignments.
- Take the ownership of projects from contract signature until hand over to 24 x 7 datacenter operations and commit to deliver solutions and services on time and within budget. This includes: design, prototype, development, pilot, installation, deployment, and migration.
- Manage P&L. Monitor, control, and report on project progress and costs.
- Write project management documents. (Kickoff presentation, Scope, Minutes, Schedule, Test Book, SLA, Change Request, Operations instructions…).
- Customer primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
- Manage virtual team of 5 - 25 staff (Engineers, Operations, Developers, IT Specialists)

- Drove worldwide migration of the messaging system from Netscape to Lotus Notes Domino (14000 users) at the time of the merger between Equant and GlobalOne.

1998 - 2000Mission:
WebEDI and HubEDI products creation. There are B2B platforms which combine EDI and WEB technologies in order to connect companies with their suppliers (automotive, shipping, bank,...)
Objectives & Achievements:
- Studied the market and defined functionalities to be setup.
- Established 5-year business plans and submitted them to the management for budget approvals.
- Wrote and published RFPs and selected suppliers.
- Drove the development of the applications and the implementation of the platforms (full SDLC).
- Added products to the catalog, wrote Purchase Order forms and worked with the IS department to implement the order-to-bill workflow into the system.
- Launched the products, and organized kickoffs to brief the sales force.
1995 - 1997Mission:
- Drive regional bids and projects in the retail industry.
- Manage key customers in Asia Pacific.
- Drive the development of QCS applications together with the French and the American teams.
- Work with VAR partners in the region to deploy and support QCS products.
- Meet customers on a regular basis to ensure they are satisfied with the products already sold, to assess their needs, and to sell other products.

Objectives & Achievements:
- Sold, developed, and installed QCS inspection in Carrefour Hong Kong, in API Hong Kong (its QA partner), and in its suppliers all over Asia (60).
- Sold, developed, and installed QCS Catalog in Auchan Thailand and in its suppliers in Asia (40).
1994 - 1995Mission :
- Responsible for all computer related activities in the subsidiary.
- Drive the department's activities according to the 5-year development master plan.
- About 50 users to support
- Computers: 40 PCs, 10 MACs, 6 Unix stations, and 1 HP9000.
Objectives & Achievements :
- Implemented software & hardware standards based on the head office guidelines.
- Hired and managed 5 staff for the department.
- Appointed a local contractor to maintain PCs of the company.
- Moved the exploration department into a new building.
1994 - 1993Mission :
To prepare and install the LAN in a new building (7 floors), and migrate 2000 users.
Objectives & Achievements :
- Drove the installation of the technical room.
- Drove the configuration and distribution of network equipments on 7 floors.
- Updated the routing tables of ABEILLE VIE X.25 routers to add the new building.
- Implemented an automatic ISDN backup to secure ABEILLE VIE X.25 private network.
