Business Development and Executive Recruitment
Designed and implemented recruitment plans and employee engagement strategies for clients.
Conducted end-to-end recruitment assignment for clients including candidate searching, screenings, interviews, background checks and employment offers.

2009 - 2010• Develop the External Relations plan and drive the Business Development strategy;
• Establish contact and manage relationship with key institutions and High profile Networks;
• Oversee contractual agreements and re-signing timelines of Key National Partnerships and negotiate on contracts as needed;
• Work closely with Project Supervisers to monitor progress towards the development and implementation of new CSR projects;
• Work with Vice President Finance towards securing fundraising target for current and following years budget;
• Coordinate and coach the team on the implementation of External Relations Strategy and CSR expansion projects.
