    Client Management:
    * Work closely with the client contact and will determine, with the client contact, solutions to day to day operational and account issues
    * Work in conjunction with Directors to create quarterly business review presentations, including determining content and objectives, and to effectively communicate quarterly objectives to client
    * Work in conjunction with Directors to determine methods and goals in expanding client relationships to include more existing and/or new business
    * Provide weekly and monthly sales forecast to the client
    * Effectively scrub client data to determine, with clarity, the true renewal opportunity

    Team Management:
    * Generate a variety of reports in order to monitor sales rep territory management and effectiveness
    * Provide instruction, feedback, and goals (best practices) to sales reps in order to maximize their output
    * Lead teams in weekly internal meetings: agendas, weekly objectives, account issues, etc.
    * Assess areas of growth for team to determine team's goals, objectives, and direction
    * Coaching, training and development of the team
    * Monitoring and improvement of team sales performance
    * Management of day to day escalations through the channel
    * Day to day Management of a team of 13 sales reps (Central Europe and Southern)
    * Expansion of the sales team from 12 to 35 sales Rep
    * Manage and supervise the day to day personnel activities of the team, participate in approving PTO, record performance issues and manage initial grievance complaints, etc

    Overall ownership and single point of contact for Channel Partner (DELL France)
    Manages all escalations and Order Management issues, communicates to Client and Account team to drive to a successful completion
    Facilitates and drives calls with partner to share best practices, communicate and drive channel programs to expand business and ensure achievement to targets.

    Manages Portal demos and actively drives Portal adoption for Channel
    Reviews reporting procedures and processes
    Maintain overall health of channel and ensures high satisfaction levels
    Communicates successes and challenges with Channel partner to Account Team and escalates as necessary
