• Review of customer Contractual Terms & Condition to determine company acceptance base on project needs & sub-contractor compliance to company & project needs.
• Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract T&Cs and monitoring compliance.
• Reviews and manages Variation Orders entitlement of contract including submission for client acceptance and continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc
• Work with sales dept/ Project manager closely for their estimate and prepare project costs & submission to client.
• Acts as liaison between clients/vendors.

- Perform contract & tender preparation, contract review, negotiation, analysis for FPSO & FSO Lease and Operations Contracts.

- Coordinating tender clarifications, evaluation (technical & commercial).

- Provide contractual / commercial advice to management as appropriate.

- Ensure that all tender activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

As Proposal Engineer, I deal with the preparation of Fire and Gas System quotations, working directly with customers (the main EPC in the world) and suppliers.
Projects included SCADA, ESD, F&G, Extinguishing Systems.

Proposals has been done for BID to BID or BID to PO, my main activities are the following:

- Analysis of tender documentation (as specification, BOM, IO list, Block Diagrams, Layout) and identify problems,
- Analysis of the necessary resources,
- Choice of solutions and type of installations (addressable rather than traditional),
- Evaluation of critical path and milestones of the project,
- Verification of costs and their completeness,
- Presentation of costs and risks to business,
- Meeting with Customer / Partners / Vendors / Providers,

In SAFCO engineering as integrator of Fire and Gas Detection Systems I quote mainly the following brands ALLEN-BRADLEY (conventional systems, ControlLogix and also addressable thanks to the use of SAFCO C-LIB), SIMPLEX (mainly addressable 4100U but also integrated traditional systems), AUTRONICA (addressable and traditional systems), HIMA, SIEMENS (S7/400-FH ect ect).

Providing expertise on jobs of fire and gas systems.
As PE & PM I am responsible for ensuring that all project components respect the specifics, are delivered on time and within budget and quality constraints. Overall I have responsibility for fire & gas projects as well as for the creation and control of project documents. Projects included ESD, F&G.
Our Fire & Gas systems are provided mainly to the Oil & Gas sector. Working with Autronica, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Simplex, Siemens.

I oversee the creation and create the following documents:

- Job scheduling (GANTT),
- Block & Loop diagram,
- Primary & Electrical Hook-Up,
- Cabinet’s wiring and interconnections,
- Cause & Effect matrix,
- Cables, Electrical load & I/O list,
- MDR,
- FAT & SAT procedures.

I follow the jobs until IAT, FAT & SAT.

Provision of control and instrumentation systems to the Oil & Gas sector. Creation of engineering documents.
Projects included ESD, F&G, and process control solutions in Southern Italy (Basilicata Inshore plant, ENI), Pakistan (Inshore plant, OMV Austria), Africa (Offshore plant, Nigeria), Middle East (Kuwait and Qatar) etc… .
Other duties included maintenance of IT systems, data management, instrumentation, and communications equipment.

I taught the courses of electronic, electrical plans, automatized system and project management at evening school.
Following state programs I taught to scholars of 3rd, 4th and 5th grade preparing the latter for state’s exam.
Assessment of scholars and testing of their abilities.
Moreover, the role of head professor of the 4th grade during the final evaluation.

Personal trading on stocks based on scalping, technical analysis and fundamentals. I learnt the basis of trading as the shorting and longing. I operated on EU’s, USA’s markets and in different kinds of financial instrument, as penny stocks, ETF and others.

Provision of consults about energy saving in real estate business. I have been nominated Counselor Coordinator of Energy Conservation and Innovation. The team is composed of two engineers, one researcher (CESI RICERCA), besides many architects and other members. The aim of this team is to research and exploit all the existing ways of energy and environment conservation which can help to save money.

Provision of consulting for managing pcs and network in Milan in collaboration with the rest of team from L’Espresso Group, Rome. We made the migration from Peruzzo’s network to L’Espresso group new one.

I supervised the operative system migration of PC and troubleshooting. Here the network was on Windows 98 and we passed the all network to Win Xp.
